Making Food From Scratch: Passionate Pursuit

It's not the first time I've done a passionate pursuit.  But it's my first one that focuses on making food, particularly food from scratch.  One of my friends and I decided we were going to make a lot of things from scratch. It can't be too hard, and it's a whole lot healthier than buying pre-made food at the supermarket. Besides, it's a break from all the engineering chaos.
